On June 8, AWO sent comments to California Senate Budget Committee Chair Nancy Skinner, Assembly Budget Committee Chair Philip Ting, Senate Budget Subcommittee Chair Bob Wieckowski, and Assembly Budget Subcommittee Chair Richard Bloom requesting funding to offset the estimated $1.3 billion cost of CARB’s new rule on operators.
