2025 Combined Regions Annual and Safety Meeting

Join fellow AWO members in Nashville for the Combined Regions Annual and Safety Committees’ Meeting! The first part of this meeting serves as one of AWO's two annual safety meetings, while the second part is the annual regional meeting for the Ohio Valley, Midwest, and Southern Regions.

First, attend the Safety Committee’s Meeting. Safety remains a significant factor that unifies all elements of the tugboat, towboat and barge industry, and the maritime industry.  This meeting will highlight the challenges and opportunities that exist as our industry navigates our transitioning safety landscape and provide updates on the different AWO safety initiatives and programs.

Next, join AWO for the regional meeting for an opportunity to learn about key industry issues and to strengthen business relationships. The primary focus of this meeting is on current regional advocacy and regulatory efforts. We will also be joined by guests from local U.S. Coast Guard sectors to talk about prevalent regulatory issues.

Evening receptions will be offered during both parts of the meeting for an opportunity to network and get to know your fellow AWO members!
