Spring Convention, Board of Directors Meeting & Barge-In

For member convenience, AWO has reserved a block of rooms for a group rate of $399.00, excluding taxes and fees. The room block is available until Monday, April 21 or until the room block is full.

Book your room reservations online for the AWO 2025 Spring Convention and Barge-In. Click on the "View Prices" button in the top right-hand corner and enter the stay dates, once you click search the group rate will pop up as the option for booking. Please note the group rate will only populate for the contracted dates, if you are selecting pre/postdates on the website it will show the best available rate and not the group rate. Please contact Sarah Curiale, Conference Services Manager, at the number below with your reservation request and she will take care of them for you. 

If preferred, you may contact the Reservations Department at (800) 424- 6835 or (202) 628-9100 and reference the American Waterways Operators 2025 Spring Convention to receive the group rates.

Please note, the $35 amenity fee will be waived, however it will appear the room charge is $434.00 when booking online. You will not be charged this amenity fee.
