Strategic Planning Listening Sessions: 2021

As you know well, we are living and working in an era of constant and rapid change, on both the business and public policy fronts. AWO is committed to continually evolving as an advocacy and safety leader to help your companies and our industry survive, adapt, and thrive in the midst of this unfolding change.
 
Navigating the churning waters of change requires a voyage plan, and for AWO, that voyage plan is our strategic plan. We are beginning the process of developing the strategic plan that will chart our course for the next three years and we need your input in that process. Over the coming months, all AWO members will have the opportunity to offer feedback that will help us develop our new strategic plan, a process that will be led by your elected member representatives on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
 
We will be holding facilitated feedback sessions specifically geared to small AWO carrier members and affiliate members, and we encourage all interested members to participate.
 
  • The Small Member Session will be held next Thursday, Feb. 11 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern time. You can register here to receive the Zoom link you will need to participate. (What defines a small member, you ask? Small is a state of mind! If you identify as a small or small-ish member, please feel free to participate.)
  • The Affiliate Member Session will be held on Friday, Feb. 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern time. Register here to receive the Zoom link to log in to the session.
