AWO held a Subchapter M Information session in New Orleans on October 4 with the Eighth Coast Guard District and the Coast Guard’s Subchapter M Implementation Team. The Coast Guard provided updated information on its resolution of issues identified by industry, including major conversion determinations and PIC-fuel transfer designation, as well as how it is working to incentivize the TSMS option.
