AWO's Mariner Workforce Forums will bring together member and industry experts to share practical knowledge on mariner recruitment, retention, and advancement. Forums will also include Q&A with the presenters, opportunities for members to share their challenges/successes and ask questions to other members, and provide input on topics for future Forums.
