Safety Episode III: May the Safety Be With You featured representatives from the Coast Guard Office of Commercial Vessel Compliance and Third-Party Organizations (TPOs) exploring deficiencies and non-conformities found in third-party vessel audits and Coast Guard inspections. The panelists also offered guidance and answered questions as to how AWO members can develop more effective Corrective Action Plans to resolve those common issues. The session also featured a ThinkReliability lesson on iterative interrogative techniques and root cause analysis, also known as the Five Why’s.
