VIDA National Standards of Performance - Final Rule Webinar

EPA has issued its final rule establishing Vessel Incidental Discharge National Standards of Performance as directed by the Vessel Incidental Discharge Act (VIDA). The rule's performance standards will not take effect until the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) finalizes its implementation regulations, meaning the existing requirements under the Vessel General Permit and the USCG's ballast water requirements remain in effect.
